We at “We Tha Plug” envision creating the ultimate super ecosystem via the 1000/100/10 Initiative.
This initiative would provide more support to Founders, and help their businesses grow in order to hire more people of color.
oUR mISSION
We Tha Plug is a for-profit organization that advocates in fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem for underrepresented communities, specifically Pan African and Latinx, on a global level. Our team provides mentorship and coaching to founders and startup companies at all levels from ideation, pre-seed and series A funding.
Advocacy
To serve as a support base and voice for the community; fighting for empowerment that promotes collaboration, startup culture, basic entrepreneurial education addressing the challenges of the lack of an ecosystem for minority-owned startups in the tech and innovation space.

We want to not only talk about People of Color (POC), specifically Pan African & Latinx, in Tech and Innovation, but create job opportunities for POC in Tech & Innovation.
The best way to accomplish this is to provide more People Of Color (POC) Founders and help their businesses grow in order to hire more POC.
